We're thrilled to have the opportunity to introduce ourselves to you! We are a family owned and run transaction coordination business. I’m Laina and I have been in the world of real estate for over 7 years now as a licensed agent, coach, Team Leader and more. My husband Brian and I both come from the restaurant industry where our customer service (and multi tasking!) stem from! We named our business after our first born, Savannah, whom we call SAVY! We also have a second child, our son Wilder and then another little girl on the way! Brian is a chef by trade so we love food as well as the amazing outdoors!


We offer a variety of services to fit the needs of YOU and your business. We are here to support you (and your clients) and help you be able to focus on what you do best, grow your business! We act as a liaison between the real estate agent, clients, lenders, title and escrow, as well as any other parties involved in the transaction, ensuring everyone is on the same page and that information is communicated effectively. We send weekly summaries to both you and your client updating everyone on the transaction.

Listing Coordination

We offer listing coordination, which includes taking care of all the listing paperwork, disclosures, listing tasks, listing the property on MLS, and scheduling.

Marketing Materials

With this service, we provide social media templates, listing flyers, and just-listed postcards for your new listing. Whatever your marketing needs, we can help.

Office Compliance

We know that your time is best spent selling houses, but you still need to be compliant with the DOL rules and within your own office. Let us take care of that for you included with any contract package.
