We're thrilled to have the opportunity to introduce ourselves to you! We are a family owned and run transaction coordination business. I’m Laina and I have been in the world of real estate for over 7 years now as a licensed agent, coach, Team Leader and more. My husband Brian and I both come from the restaurant industry where our customer service (and multi tasking!) stem from! We named our business after our first born, Savannah, whom we call SAVY! We also have a second child, our son Wilder and then another little girl on the way! Brian is a chef by trade so we love food as well as the amazing outdoors!

Transaction Management
We manage the entire transaction process, from start to finish, ensuring all parties meet their deadlines, all paperwork is completed and contract requirements are met in addition to keeping you compliant with your office.
Client Support
We provide support to clients throughout the transaction process, answering their questions, addressing their concerns, and keeping them informed along the way. Customer support is number one, for both you and your clients.
Communication
We act as a liaison between the real estate agent, clients, lenders, title and escrow, as well as any other parties involved in the transaction, ensuring everyone is on the same page and that information is communicated effectively. We send weekly summaries to both you and your client updating everyone on the transaction.
Listing Coordination
We offer listing coordination, which includes taking care of all the listing paperwork, disclosures, listing tasks, listing the property on MLS, and scheduling.
Marketing Materials
With this service, we provide social media templates, listing flyers, and just-listed postcards for your new listing. Whatever your marketing needs, we can help.
Office Compliance
We know that your time is best spent selling houses, but you still need to be compliant with the DOL rules and within your own office. Let us take care of that for you included with any contract package.
